We artisanally prepare many different meat and vegetables based products without added chemical preservatives. You can find liver and spleen pate, perfect for antipasti, as well as soups and ragout for starter dishes. We also offer delicious stews and tripe ready to heat up for a quick meal. Last but not least a must try is our salsa rubra (similar to ketchup) perfect as a sauce for burgers and grilled sausages.
