Our agritourism facilities are located in two areas of the Estate: “Casa di Caccia” is located in the heart of the estate, namely the company headquarters where the Opificio (with the organic shop, the agricultural butcher shop, “BoVino”, our agricultural wine shop, the kitchen, and the meat processing laboratory), warehouses, and the building housing the apartments and the agritourism are located; “I Roggeti,” the main agritourism complex of the Estate, which is located 1.5 km away from the company headquarters (see the map below).

IL MANDRIOLO Superior Apartment with private porch – 7 PAX
The ‘Mandriolo’ apartment of 147 m2 is composed as follows: living area with fireplace and sofa, dining area with table and chairs, and kitchen complete with all comforts. In the sleeping area, there are three bedrooms, the first and second bedrooms have a double bed, while the third bedroom has two single beds and the possibility of adding an extra bed for one person, and finally, two full bathrooms with walk-in shower. The accommodation is completed by a garden and a private outdoor porch equipped with table, chairs, and fireplace. ‘Mandriolo’ is equipped with: independent entrance, parking, fan, fireplace, heating, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, blackout curtains, barbecue, clothesline, terracotta floor, and wooden beams on the ceiling. You have the possibility to use our seasonal outdoor swimming pool for common use. Maximum occupancy 7 people.
Origin: the sheepfold was located in the premises of MANDRIOLO, where sheep once found shelter.
LA TINAIA – – Apartment with 2 bedrooms and veranda – 5 PAX
The ‘Tinaia’ apartment of 66 m2 is composed as follows: living area with double sofa bed, dining area with table and chairs, and kitchen complete with all comforts. In the sleeping area, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds, two full bathrooms with walk-in shower, one of which is equipped for disabled guests. The accommodation is completed by a private outdoor veranda equipped with table and chairs. Our two-room apartment is equipped with: independent entrance, parking, fan, heating, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, blackout curtains, barbecue, clothesline, and terracotta floor. Origin: the TINAIA corresponds to the premises where wine barrels were once stored.

The ‘La Caciaia’ apartment of 40 m2 is composed as follows: living area with wood stove and double sofa bed, dining area with table and chairs, and kitchen complete with all comforts. In the sleeping area, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a full bathroom with walk-in shower. The accommodation is completed by a private outdoor veranda equipped with table and chairs. Our two-room apartment is equipped with: independent entrance, parking, fan, heating, pellet stove, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, blackout curtains, barbecue, clothesline, and terracotta floor. Origin: the CACIAIA was the place where cheese was stored.
L’OLEARIO – Two-room apartment with private veranda – 4 PAX
The ‘Oleario’ apartment, of 40 m2, is composed as follows: living area with wood stove and double sofa bed, dining area with table and chairs, and kitchen complete with all comforts. In the sleeping area, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a full bathroom with walk-in shower. The accommodation is completed by a private outdoor veranda equipped with table and chairs. Our two-room apartment is equipped with: independent entrance, parking, fan, heating, pellet stove, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, blackout curtains, barbecue, clothesline, and terracotta floor. Origin: the OLEARIO was the place where the ziri, large terracotta vases containing oil, were kept.
LA COLOMBAIA – – 8 PAX + 3 SOFA BEDS
The apartment is located on the first floor, equipped with a living room with a fireplace to warm up winter evenings, a fully equipped kitchen, three double bedrooms and a twin bedroom; there are four bathrooms. Upon request, it is possible to add up to three beds in the loft. La Colombaia includes a private garden area with a barbecue. The cost includes wifi, all utilities, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom linen. For multi-week stays, linen change and, upon request, general cleaning on Saturday morning are included in the price.
Origin: the COLOMBAIA was the home of the sharecroppers, the farm families who worked on a farm.
IL LAZZERETTO – Two-level apartment with private garden – 4 PAX
The ‘Lazzaretto’ apartment of 50 m2 on two levels is composed as follows: on the ground floor, there is the living room with fireplace and double sofa bed, dining area with table and chairs, and the kitchen complete with all comforts. Going up to the first floor, there is the sleeping area with the bedroom and a full bathroom with walk-in shower. The apartment is completed by a private and fenced garden with a barbecue, suitable for hosting four-legged friends or letting your little children play happily. The apartment is equipped with: independent entrance, private parking, fan, fireplace, heating, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, blackout curtains, walk-in closet, barbecue, washing machine, clothesline, terracotta floor, and wooden beams on the ceiling. Origin: the premises of the LAZZARETTO housed sheep isolated from the flock for health reasons: only after their recovery could they return to the sheepfold.

The double rooms of the B&B Tenuta Paganico – Wine&Food km0 are furnished with care and attention to detail, the rooms combine the rustic charm of the countryside with modern comforts, to ensure guests a refreshing rest. Our 20 m2 rooms are composed as follows: bedroom and private full bathroom with walk-in shower. The ‘Cinghiale’, ‘Lepre’, and ‘Fagiano’ rooms are equipped with: parking, fan, heating, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, blackout curtains, and terracotta floor. You will also have access to the outdoor areas of the room, which can be used but are shared with the other guests of the structure, such as the use of the fully equipped kitchen, the large living room with fireplace, table and chairs, a small service bathroom, and the outdoor garden equipped with umbrella, table, chairs, and barbecue. Maximum occupancy 2 people.

Our 25 m2 rooms are composed as follows: a bedroom with a double bed, a single bed, and a full bathroom with a windowed walk-in shower. The ‘Spinosa’ and ‘Capriolo’ rooms are equipped with: parking, fan, heating, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, blackout curtains, and terracotta flooring. You will also have access to a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with a fireplace, a dining area with a table and chairs, a service bathroom, and an outdoor garden equipped with an umbrella, table, chairs, barbecue, and a hammock, all shared with other guests.”
