Our restaurant “BRADO” is a place of experimentation and enhancement of the taste of meats and all cuts of our animals. Imaginative, simple, and innovative dishes that enhance all the genuineness and taste of our free-range meat. Appetizers, snacks, tastings, lunches, and dinners. From the land to the table… the kitchen represents, as in our homes, a point of encounter and exchange: here our dishes are born with the organic products of Tenuta di Paganico and local companies. All the raw materials used in our kitchen come from our garden or directly from our farm and from a selection of local organic companies and producers with whom we share ideals and an ethical approach in which agriculture, production processes, and supply chains remain at the center of careful and rigorous passion in respect of the environment.

THE LOCATION
We welcome you to the dining room of BRADO, our restaurant, located in the center of the Opificio, once a grain warehouse. We have furnished it with reused objects and historical tools of the Tenuta and designed it to accommodate everyone, from the oldest to the youngest. For quick lunches or tastings, you can sit at BoVINO, our Agricultural Winery and tasting room, once the carpentry workshop, where the large iron table built on the rails of the ancient (rail) saw, which was used to cut large logs, stands out.
A LARGE ROOM IN THE MIDDLE OF NATURE
In our large park, a restaurant room immersed in greenery, you can drink a glass of Montecucco, or dine under the holm oaks, in a relaxed and spectacular atmosphere, with children who can play freely in nature or get to know our Cinta Senese pigs. Your four-legged friends are also welcome.
